Company history
The original Big V Ranch was established by William Henry Vanselous at the turn of the century. From 1905 to 1912 he handled more mules than any other farmer in the United States. His ranch expanded to over 10,000 acres. Vanselous died in 1930 and the land was auctioned in 1954. His grandson, Wally Edwards, has continued the farm and ranch operation since that time.
